Meet The Team:

Team Leader, Kurt Thompson, has been serving home buyers and sellers for over 22 years. The 2019 President-Elect of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), Kurt contributes time to the local, state, and national REALTOR® associations. His service includes the 2018 Treasurer of MAR, Focus Area Vice President of Education (2017), Legal Affairs and Member Benefits VP (2015 & 2016) Professional Development VP (2014), Technology and Communica-tions VP (2013), and Central Region VP (2012).

Chosen as Sales Agent of The Year by the North Central Massachusetts Association of Real-tors in 2006, 2007, 2010 and 2012, Kurt was also named NCMAR’s Realtor of the Year in 2012 and 2017. He was also chosen as the Massachusetts Realtor of the Year in 2012 and was awarded the Massachusetts CRS of the Year in 2014.

Kurt is a Certified Residential Specialist, a Certified Buyer Representative, and holds a Loss Mitigation Certification.

Director of Operations Diane Guercio is working for you to help coordinate the most comprehensive real estate marketing plan in the area. She believes that online marketing combined with traditional forms of advertising help your home sell faster, so in addition to mailings and newspaper advertising, she helps with video and social media marketing for your home. You will run into Diane throughout the sale of your home since she also manages all transactions. Her goal, once your listing’s offer is accepted is to make sure it closes on time with as few issues as possible. She knows how emotional and challenging the buying and selling process is, as she recently sold her home in Shirley, and down-sized to a ranch in Templeton, which she shares with three rescue dogs! She is a licensed real estate sales associate and brings years of experience working with home buyers and sellers to the table. In addition to transaction coordination and marketing, you may see her in the field at your open house.

Listing Manager and Lead Buyer Specialist Jeannie Murawski works hard to help you in the pro-cess of buying and selling your home. You’ll find Jeannie working with Sellers to provide them with a Market Analysis, getting the property ready to list, shooting interactive 3D tours, writing compre-hensive descriptions and ads to market the home, attending home inspections and appraisals, and more! Jeannie also partners with Buyers to help them get pre-approved, coordinating to tour poten-tial homes, working hard to get them under agreement, and successfully purchasing the home of their dreams! Bringing over 20 years of experience in Sales, she's happiest seeing people be able to achieve their dreams, specificly home ownership. She looks forward to meeting with you for a buyer/seller consultation, 3D tour, appraisal, inspection, showings and more!

Anne and David La Liberty Our Team founders, Anne and David had been selling homes for 26 years. In the course of their careers, they were committed to continuously improving the way they help people with Real Estate.  They always searched for better ways to help get the results their clients want– and developed a marketing plan that will help you to see that SOLD sign in front of your home. In addition to their other advanced training, Anne and Dave had held the titles of Certified Residential Specialists and had earned their GRI, SRES and ABR designations.

Dave had been selling real estate for 28 years, prior to his retirement, and had devoted a large amount of research and time to developing the marketing systems for the team. He entered the field from the computer industry and has brought that knowledge with him. He has been involved in more than 300 real estate transaction sides in his career.

Anne had been selling real estate for 28 years before her retirement and had been involved in more than 1000 transaction sides. She entered the profession after having taught school and raised her own children. Anne passed away in 2018, and the industry as well as we will sorely miss her.
